Fulfillment

All PULSE orders ship from our fulfillment center in China. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

- United States / Canada: 10–18 business days

- Europe / United Kingdom: 12–20 business days

- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days

- Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping applies to orders of USD 300 or more. For orders below USD 300, shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to destination and shipment weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active after shipment.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Restricted Regions

We are unable to ship to certain regions. If your country is not available at checkout, it is currently outside our shipping coverage.
