What table sizes does the Rail System fit?
The Standard (9-Max, 180 cm) fits rectangular tables from 170 × 80 cm up to 240 × 120 cm. The Compact (6-Max, 140 cm) fits rectangular tables from 130 × 60 cm up to 169 × 90 cm. As a simple guide, choose Compact for tables up to 169 × 90 cm and Standard for larger tables.
What is the Rail System made from?
The Rail System has six individual padded pieces made with bamboo, Premium PU Leather, and high-density foam. The pieces do not connect to each other; you arrange them around the mat and adjust their spacing to suit your table.
Do I need a mat to use the Rail System?
Yes. The rail needs a smooth poker mat underneath so cards can glide properly. You can use a compatible mat you already own or add a PULSE mat sized to match the rail.
Can I use a mat without the Rail System?
Yes. Both the Premium Poker Mat and the “Any Game” Blank Mat work on their own on a flat surface.
Is the Rail System compatible with round tables?
No. PULSE is designed for rectangular tables. Round, oval, and square tables are not supported.
What is the difference between the Poker Mat and the Blank Mat?
The Premium Poker Mat has a printed poker layout with player positions and betting lines. The “Any Game” Blank Mat has a clean, unprinted speed-cloth surface for poker, blackjack, mahjong, board games, dice, and other tabletop games. Both include an anti-slip backing and can be used with the rail or on their own.
What is the difference between Blank and Numbered chips?
Blank chips have no denominations printed, so you can assign values for each game. Numbered chips have pre-printed denominations for a consistent setup. Both options contain 500 ceramic chips at 43 mm and come in the same heavy-duty case.
Are the playing cards plastic or paper?
They are 100% PVC plastic. Each twin pack contains two standard poker-size 54-card decks, one red and one blue. They are durable, water-resistant, and washable.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship directly from our production partner in China.
How long does delivery take?
PULSE is made in limited production runs and ships direct from our production partner in China. Duties and import taxes are included — no customs bill on delivery.

Shipping is free on orders over $300. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Do you ship worldwide?
Available destinations and exact shipping rates are shown at checkout. If your country is not offered, we are not yet able to ship there reliably.
Are duties and taxes included?
Duties and import taxes are included in the price. No customs bill on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our production partner. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
What is your return policy?
Please measure your table and check the size guide before ordering. If you receive the wrong size or change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because international returns can be expensive, we will work with you on a fair solution, which may include a partial refund or keeping the item.
How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time before the funds appear.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Email support@pulsepokerclub.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement for the affected part; no return is required.
Can I send PULSE as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout. If you would like to request a gift note, email us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
