What table sizes does the Rail System fit?

The Standard (9-Max, 180cm) fits tables 160–200cm long. The Compact (6-Max, 140cm) fits tables 120–160cm long. Both versions accommodate standard dining table widths.

What material is the Rail System made from?

Processed bamboo core with high-density sponge padding and premium synthetic leather finish. The segments connect with neodymium magnets for a secure, tool-free setup.

Can I use the mat without the Rail System?

Yes. Both the Premium Poker Mat and the “Any Game” Blank Mat work on any flat surface — dining tables, folding tables, or desk surfaces. The Rail System enhances the experience but is not required.

Is the Rail System compatible with round tables?

The Rail System is designed for rectangular tables. Round table compatibility is not supported at this time.

What's the difference between the Poker Mat and the “Any Game” Blank Mat?

The Poker Mat has a full poker layout printed with player positions and betting lines. The Blank Mat is completely clean — same premium speed cloth material, designed for any tabletop game including poker, blackjack, mahjong, board games, and dice.

What's the difference between Blank and Numbered chips?

Blank chips have no denominations printed — assign your own values each game. Numbered chips have pre-printed denominations for a consistent, casino-style setup. Both are 43mm ceramic and ship in the same aluminum carry case.

Are the playing cards plastic or paper?

Premium card stock with a smooth/linen finish. Optimized for speed cloth surfaces — won't slide off the mat, and holds up to nightly play without warping.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in China. We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries. Some regions are restricted — shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Flat-rate shipping varies by region. Exact rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Are duties and taxes included?

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active after shipment.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Gifting

Can I send PULSE as a gift?

Yes. Add the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship directly to them. Reach out to us if you need a gift note included with the package.

What if the recipient needs a different size?

Our 30-day return window applies. The recipient can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, then place a new order with the correct size.
