These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PULSE online store and purchases from PULSE Entertainment Limited ("PULSE", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

1. Store eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your location or use the store with authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.
You must not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit false information, infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious code, scrape the store unlawfully or use the store for illegal activity.
PULSE sells physical tabletop-gaming accessories. We do not provide gambling, betting or wagering services.
2. Product information
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, images, prices and availability. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours and finishes appear.
Product dimensions and weights may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Measure your table and review the size guide before ordering.
We may correct errors, update information or discontinue a product, subject to applicable law. If a material error affects an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the remedies required by law.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation means we received the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, shipping restriction or breach of these Terms. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
4. Prices, payment and currency
Prices are displayed in USD unless the store states otherwise. Currency conversion by a card issuer or payment provider may create additional charges that PULSE does not control.
Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorise the payment provider to charge the total shown before you confirm the order.
Prices, discounts and promotions can change prospectively. A promotion is subject to its stated eligibility, period, exclusions and availability.
5. Shipping, duties and delivery
Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. PULSE products are made in limited production runs and ship directly from our production and fulfilment partner in China.
Estimated door-to-door delivery is 25–35 business days to the United States, 30–40 business days to Canada, 33–43 business days to the United Kingdom and Europe, 24–34 business days to Australia, 14–26 business days to Japan and Singapore, and 7–18 business days to Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea.
Import duties and import taxes charged at the border are handled through PULSE's duties-paid shipping arrangement. Any tax we are legally required to collect will be shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as firm commitments. We will communicate material delays using the contact details supplied with the order.
6. Returns, refunds and faulty goods
Our Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights concerning faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or non-conforming goods or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Customer accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under the account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account used unlawfully or in material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The store and its content, including the PULSE name, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics and layout, are owned by or licensed to PULSE and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit or create derivative commercial works from store content without written permission, except where law permits.
9. Reviews, submissions and feedback
If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.
You grant PULSE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use the submitted content for operating the store and displaying the submission, subject to applicable privacy law and any separate consent required for advertising or broader promotional reuse.
PULSE may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant or infringes rights. Not every submission will necessarily be published.
10. Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms or other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
PULSE is not responsible for a third-party service that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Disclaimer
We provide the store and products with the warranties and protections required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided without additional implied promises about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or suitability for a purpose you have not disclosed to us.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or other non-excludable obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
For business customers only, and where permitted by law, PULSE's aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products. These limitations do not reduce mandatory consumer remedies.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted generally govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Severability and waiver
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@pulsepokerclub.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
If you are a consumer, this governing-law clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections or dispute rights available under the law of your usual place of residence.
